Returns
Please note we can not accept returns or offer refunds of personalised items, we will only replace damaged items in this instance.
Waxidents and sale items are also non refundable.
For standard stock (non personalised items) - If you have changed your mind, please notify us at info@cottagefreshscents.co.uk and return the unused goods to us in the original packaging including the order number within 14 days of receipt of your items to Cottage Fresh Scents, 29 Birchfield Drive, Eaglescliffe, TS16 0ER.
When you return a product to us we will inspect the items to ensure that they have been received in a saleable nature and are unused. We will then process the refund , we will refund the price of the product in full, not including postage costs. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (Debit / Credit cards, PayPal, Gift Certificates, Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy).
