Shipping policy

Please note that I post to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland), unfortunately due to changes in the law since Brexit I cannot post overseas currently.

Processing Times

Orders usually dispatch within 2-5 working days, however please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your order especially during busy periods.  If you need something urgently, please don't hesitate to get in contact and if it can be processed faster then it will be processed as a matter of priority.

Delivery

Delivery will be provided by either the Royal Mail or a trusted courier service such as ParcelForce or DPD depending on their size and weight.  At checkout the available delivery methods for your order will be displayed along with their prices.

Orders delivered via courier will require for someone to be present to sign and collect the package.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery and Cottage Fresh Scents cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier firm at the point of delivery. In order for damaged items to be replaced / refunded a photo of the damaged goods is required.

Prices

The price of delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your cart and a number of different options will be shown to choose from. 

Delivery estimate via Royal Mail

Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class within 1-2 working days and 2nd class within 2-3 working days.  However, please note that delays may occur especially around bank holidays and other holiday periods such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas.


Delivery estimate via a courier

Only reputable couriers will be used such as ParcelForce, DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS.  Please allow 2-3 working days, although some services may be faster and could arrive within 1 working day.

Free postage for all orders over £50 in total.

Local Collection

Local collection is available, once ordered please contact me (info@cottagefreshscents.co.uk) to arrange a suitable date / time to collect your order.

Local Delivery

Free for all orders £20 and over within a 5 mile radius.  Please note this option will only display at checkout if the shipping address is within this radius.
