Sometimes the melts don't look as nice as they should, the fragrance isn't compromised so they still smell amazing but they just don't look good enough to sell at usual prices.
They could have unexpected frosting, be broken or something else that doesn't meet the usual standards.
The wax melts are heavily reduced as a result, please note these items are exempt from being returned as a sale item.
