Cocoa & Buttermilk Luxurious Dry Face Mask

Directions:

Please note if this is the first time you a using this product a patch test is recommended.

• Pour desired amount of clay into a clean mixing bowl (approx. 5g / 2 heaped teaspoons).
• Mix with a small amount of water or other suitable food-grade wetting agent immediately before use as suggested on the care sheet provided (avoiding citrus or vinegar based ingredients).
• Mix the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a smooth and consistent paste.
  
  
• Using clean fingertips, a soft brush or a mask applicator (dry mask application packs can be purchased individually), apply the mask evenly onto your face, avoiding the eye area.
  
• Ensure that the mask is applied to intact skin and avoid applying it to broken skin or mucous membranes.
  
  
• Leave the mask on for 5-15 minutes as desired then gently rinse off the mask with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a clean towel (if any irritation occurs during or after use, discontinue use immediately).
  
  
• Do not use more than 2-3 times a week.
• Do not store the mixed product for future use; it should be discarded after application.
  
  
• Please note you may have temporary redness after using the mask, clay can stimulate blood flow as it draws out impurities and toxins from the skin.  This is similar to the effects during or after exercising where you have a "flushed" look.  The redness is a sign that the clay mask is invigorating your skin promoting a radiant and healthy appearance.
